Meet Paula Civale
Hi and welcome! I’m Paula Civale, a marketing strategist with over 8 years of experience in leading multinational brands and startups. I have had the privilege of leading cross-functional teams and driven end-to-end projects from conception to launch, ranging from global companies like Unilever to helping start-ups scale internationally. Through these experiences, I’ve been able to develop a unique blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and entrepreneurial insight.
Some recognitions I have earned throughout these years, highlighting my commitment to excellence and leadership: IE Business School Dean’s List (Class Top 10%), Induction into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society (Worldwide Top 20%), AS Employee of The Year 2022.
